Do you suffer from any addictions? I do, but not the normal ones. You see I'm addicted to photographing coastal architecture, and lighthouses in particular.
I'm blessed to live in a part of the world that boasts some quite dramatic coastline, and none more so than on the Island of Angelsey, just off the North Wales coast.
Having got a dramatic coastline, what better thing could one do for the enjoyment of photographers and artists than to plonk a lighthouse right where it ought to be, at the base of a towering sea cliff. That's just what Trinity House did with the South Stack lighthouse shown here.
Add some beautiful post-sunset twilight to show off the flashing beacon and I can't think of anywhere I'd rather be at the end of the day.
