A May evening in 2022, and over northeast Wales a nice colourful sky was developing as the sun drew nearer to the western horizon.
All the excuse my wife Liz and I needed for a quick drive to the slopes of Moel Famau in the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) to watch and film through the sunset and beyond into dusk.
And we weren't disappointed, with a high pressure system over the country, holding a lot of moisture and dust in the atmosphere which gave us a dramatic orange sunset over the silhouette of the hillside, followed by some colourful clouds catching the last few rays of the vanishing sun as the earth rotated around atthe start of another night.
It's being out and photographing these change events, such as sunrise, sunset, tides, weather systems and even seasons that really get me excited and motivated.
And no two events are ever the same.
What a rich and varied world God has created for us to live in!
