The second day of our mini break at Dinas Dinlle, just south of Caernarfon on the North Wales coast, and my wife Liz and I are once again on the beach, looking northwest towards the setting sun.
Only on this particular evening there's not a lot of sun to be seen!
Never mind though, as those wispy clouds are glowing as the sun's rays try to penetrate the fog, forming a beautiful disply of light and movement that I just can't resist to capture as a time lapse video.
I did hope that the sun might make a brief appearance close to the horizon, but it was not to be this time.
Never mind though, that's part of the enjoyment of outdoor photography.
If everything went perfectly every time then there's be nothing to anticipate, and to encourage us to have just 'one more go'!
