During our two week holiday in October 2022, spent exploring the beautiful scenery of northwest Scotland my wife Liz and I came across many lovely, unspoilt beaches.
But we both agree that the beach that we loved the most was Firemore on the shores of Loch Ewe, open to the Atlantic ocean.
Hemmed in by two rocky headlands, Firemore is a beach of golden sands, sheltered from the force of the ocean and kissed by gentle waves.
And although it was way too cold to paddle, we both enjoyed a gentle stroll along the shoreline, with me taking multiple photos as we went along.
After our perambulations I decided that a video record of this gorgeous location was definitely in order, so I shot three different scenes to string together for this video.
A lovely reminder of one of our favourite days out in northwest Scotland.
