This short timelapse video catches the beautiful interplay of sunbeams through broken clouds at sunset over the dramatic altantic coast of northwest Scotland.
Filmed on a blustery October afternoon from Gairloch, these conditions were typical of the fantastic light that my wife Liz and I enjoyed during our two week stay here in 2022.
I'd never been to this part of the world before, with its wild coast, rugged mountains, forests, lochs and glens, so it was a sensory smorgasbord as we toured around, drinking in the jaw dropping scenery.
