Oh I do like to be beside the seaside...Oh I do like to be beside the sea!
And where better to be 'beside the sea' than on the North Shore promenade at Llandudno, North Wales' premiere seaside resort.
But as usual, I'm here not only to take in the wonderful sea air and the sounds of happy holidaymakers, but also to shoot some time lapse video.
I find the best time to photograph, film, or time lapse the built environment is through dusk, as the cool blue tones of the twilight sky contrast beautifully with the warm colours of the artifically lit buildings and attractions.
And speaking of attractions, the rather eye-catching ferris wheel with its multi-coloured light display provided me with a stunning focal point for this time lapse composition, especially as the sky grew darker and the ever changing patterns of the light reflected beautifully in the calm waters of the incoming tide on the shoreline below my vantage point.
