I love watching a dramatic sunset, and living in North Wales we get our fair share of those.
With atmospheric systems from the Atlantic clashing overhead, lively weather is the order of the day in this part of the world, and the North Wales coast is a great place to watch and film as clouds and sun do battle for supremacy over the Irish Sea.
And such was the case this particular evening in August 2022, as my wife Liz and I finished our stroll along the West Shore beach at Llandudno just before the sun went down at the end of another day.
With sunbeams breaking though the rapidly moving clouds over the western horizon I raced to get my camera set up to record the best of the action.
And I wasn't disappointed as the sun played hide and seek behind the stormy wrack, finding that all elusive gap just above the horizon to end the day with a final flourish.
Not a bad way to draw an afternoon at the seaside to a close!
