A two week holiday, during which my wife Liz and I explored hitherto unvisited parts of Northern Ireland, found us, one drizzly afternoon, at Maghery Country Park on the shores of Lough Neath, the largest body of fresh water in the UK.
The country park turned out to be a lovely quiet oasis of calm, looking out over the lough, so we spent a good hour here just sitting and watching the play of light on the shallow ruffled waters in front of us.
But it wasn't long into our vigil that the urge to photograph overcame me, so it was out with the camera and tripod to capture the hundreds of still images needed to create just these few seconds of time lapse video.
And the faint 'click' of the camera's shutter every two seconds didn't really detract from the peaceful ambiance too much!
