Appearing like clockwork every twenty eight days, the full moon is always a dramatic sight in the night sky.
But given the somewhat active weather we get over North Wales, quite often a fleeting glimpse is all we get as clouds hide the moon's face.
But very occasionally the clouds are thin enough to allow the moon to shine through, allowing us to see the details on the moon's face while the moon itself is surrounded by a glowing nimbus of light.
And such was the case on this particular evening in April 2022, so I took full advantage of the conditions to shoot the 1,000+ frames needed to create this time lapse video, venturing no further afield than my front garden path.
It always pays to look up I find!
