A wet day for Liz and me on the North Wales coast saw us ending up at Caernarfon for a bite to eat and to see if the weather would clear up a bit.
Fortunately for us the cloudbank moved away eastwards about an hour before sunset and we were treated to a lovely orange and gold display as the sun sank below the horizon.
Having watched and photographed the sunset from the harbour wall we then moved over to the other side of the mouth of the river Seiont to admire this view, with the illuminated castle providing a vivid spectacle against the darkening sky.
Relatively calm waters and a long exposure gave this delicate reflection, adding to the beauty of an already lovely scene.
