To get this shot of the Great Orme, taken from the end of Llandudno beach by the pier, required high tide at sunrise on a cloud free summer's morning.
This is a good example of a pre-planned shot, as I knew what conditions were required to make the image, and careful monitoring of the weather forecast, tide tables and sunrise time finally resulted in success.
I'm now after the same shot, but with a more dramatic sky, so it's back to studying the weather forecasts! I'll let you know how I get on.
