Taken during an evening stroll along the West Shore, Llandudno, North Wales, this was one of those magical dusk light shows that we get from time to time in our part of the world.
The strange thing was that it was contrails of passing aircraft that picked up the last of the sun's rays, rather than clouds, of which there wern't any.
I find it ironic that something that is usually associated with pollution and global warming can be so beautiful in the right light.
