During our two week holiday on the Mediterranean island of Crete my wife Liz and I spent a lot of our time driving the mountain roads in the interior, away from the heavily developed and touristic north coast.
We were blessed with glorious sunny weather and saw some beautiful scenery, such as this view out over the Aposelemi Reservoir, rather depleted after a very hot summer.
