A week's stay at the quaint Norfolk town of Cromer on the North Sea coast gave me plenty of photo opportunties to capture the unique ambiance of the British seaside holiday.
And of course - what is a British seaside holiday without a pier to admire and enjoy!
Cromer boasts a magnificent and well looked after Victorian pier, which is the outstanding coastal feature in this part of the world.
So, of course, Cromer pier featured heavily in my photographic endeavours during our holiday here.
My favourite time of day to visit and photograph at the pier was early in the morning, just after sunrise, when everywhere was quiet and I had the pier to myself in the cool, fresh sea air and lovely slanting light.
