I was busy photographing in this amazing storm lighting on the promenade on Llandudno's East Shore when I spotted these two cyclists approaching in the distance.
A careful release of the shutter at the right moment yielded this dramatic image of sunlit blurred cyclists set against the brooding menace of an approaching squall.
Just a couple of minutes later the sunlight disappeared, the rain hit and Liz and I went scurrying for the car, thankfully not too far away.
I never saw what happened to the cyclists though. I hope they made it to a shelter in time.
