The coastal scenery around the Hartland peninsula on the Atlantic coast of North Devon must surely be some of the most spectacular in the world.
With soaring cliffs rearing out of the azure waters of the ocean below, Hartland was a go to destination for my wife Liz and I during our two week stay spent exploring the beauties of Devon and Cornwall.
One stop we made was at Hartland Point, in order to walk the cliffs and see the dramatically positioned lighthouse on the rocks far below.
But at the start of our hike we were treated to this view looking eastwards, taking in those majestic cliffs and this rather strange looking golf ball radar radome which makes a highly noticeable focal point for this composition.

Filters - 2 stop neutral density graduated filter used to reduce the brightness of the sky.
