Who isn't entranced by a beautiful and dramatic sunset over the ocean?
Especially when the ocean is the majestic Atlantic and you're perched on the cliffs at Hartland Quay on the North Devon coast, overlooking some of the most breathtaking scenery in the world!
With a low tide exposing the jagged rocks for which this coastline is both famous and feared the scene was set for me to shoot the sevaeral hundred still images needed to make my Hartland Quay Timelapse #2 video.
This image is one of those taken to make the timelapse, selected with the sun approaching the western horizon and the warm light glinting off the wet faces of the rocks below.
Just a fantastic experience to be there, watching and photographing.
