Strolling along the banks of the river Arno in Florence on a golden Autumn afternoon in our Tee shirts. My wife Liz and I certainly made the most of our mini break in Tuscany.
What I found very relaxing and typical of the region was the soft light and glowing warm colours. The architects of this city certainly knew their stuff, as the buildings and surrounding landscape seem to compliment each other very nicely.
All in all, a real visual treat.
