Sitting on the balcony of our hotel resort room at Taurito on Gran Canaria in the Canary Islands, my wife Liz and I had a great view out over the resorts on the opposite side of the bay, and out over the Atlantic ocean.
So it was easy for me to set up my camera and long zoom lens on my tripod and photograph this typical holiday scene.
I knew there was a reason I heaved that very heavy lens around in my carry on luggage!

Filters - Polarising filter used to reduce glare and enhance colours.
Location - Taurito, Gran Canaria, Canary Islands, Spain
Image enhancements - Adobe Lightroom
Comments - Tripod, mirror lockup and remote relese used to prevent camera shake.
