A walk on the Wales coastal path at Deeside took my wife Liz and I along the river Dee estuary as far as the newly painted Hawarden railway bridge.
It was a beautiful afternoon in early June, so we stopped for a while to admire the views and soak in the warmth of the sun while I went off looking for unusual viewpoints to photograph the bridge from.
Climbing down onto the banks of the estuary gave me this view looking under the bridge, with the iconic John Summers steelworks office building framed under the bridge structure.
