A beautiful, calm, sunny day in spring and my wife Liz and I have taken advantage of the good weather to get out and enjoy a hike on the coast of Anglesey, North Wales.
Our chosen location on this day was the lovely beach at Llanddona on Anglesey's east coast, just to the south of the much more popular Red Wharf Bay.
We had the whole beach pretty much to ourselves, apart from a young couple who decided to brave the chilly water and indulge in a spot of paddleboarding.
It was the work of a moment to fit my long lens onto my camera and shoot this image, underexposing the photo to render the paddleboarding couple as a silhouette, set against the brightly lit sea.
