Not exactly your normal travel photograph, but the combination of light, shade, lines, shapes, colours and textures of the swimming pool at our resort in Alucdia on the island of Mallorca was too good to resist.
During the day the scene was just a typical swimming pool, but at night the view was transformed into what you can see here.
During the course of the evening I took many other images from different angles, but on later review, this one had the most pleasing composition, with the focal point being the green lit centre towards which the eye is drawn by the upper and lower 'V' shapes in the frame.
