One of the most stunningly beautiful and varied stretches of water in the world, this panoramic collage shows the Menai Straits, between the Isle of Anglesey and the North Wales coast on a lovely afternoon in early June.
The collage features one of the outstanding aspects of the Straits, the first ever cable suspension bridge in the world, designed and build by Thomas Telford in a bid to speed trade between the UK and Ireland.
Although designed to be functional, the bridge has a grace all of its own which compliments the natural beauty of the Menai Straits perfectly.
