Wandering round the Normandy town of Evreux on a grey, overcast day, Liz and I took a walk along the canalside and we were pleasantly suprised to see a large number of artistic mosaics built into the walls next to the towpath.
This one caught my eye for its arrangement of colours more than anything else, and the good thing was that the overcast conditions were perfect for photographing the glazed tiles without shiny hotspots ruining the impact of the those lovely colours.
