A cold, windy but bright winter's day in January 2017 found my wife Liz and I enjoying a bracing walk along the sands at Rhosneigr on the beautiful Isle of Anglesey, just off the North Wales coast.
And while we thought we were being brave, our efforts paled into insignificance compared with the antics of a lone windsurfer scooting up and down the surfline in the fresh breeze.
I honoured his efforts with this photograph!
