The late afternoon sun splashes its golden light across the seashore at Llandudno on the North Wales coast.
My wife Liz and I are strolling along the beach, taking in the quiet beauty of our surroundings on this most tranquil of evenings as the sea gently kisses the land with a sussurant sigh.
I just can't resist trying to capture some of this mood in an image, and the juxtapostion of a barnacle encrusted rock, a blurred sea and the subtle lighting on the headland of Penmaenmawr do the job quite nicely.
Still, you really need to be here to get a full appreciation of just how good for the soul a walk along the sand here can be.
