Taking a small boat around the coastline of a new place is a great way to see things you would never be able to get to overland.
This was certainly the case for Liz and I during our cruise stopover on the island of Corfu, where we decided to spend the day touring the coast by boat along with a couple of dozen other tourists.
There were some lovely secluded spots with no road access that were great for a swim, but also some unusual sights, such as this small cottage (more like a hut really) that someone had built on the edge of small rock outcrop right on the edge of the sea.
The combination of forest, rock and sea was too good to not photograph, and the little cottage provided the perfect focal point.
I wonder who built it, and how do they get their shopping home?
