This somewhat unusual scene shows two people and a dog apparently walking on water
In fact they're on the far side of the sea wall that surrounds the marine lake at West Kirby on the Wirral, with a high tide in the background covering over the sand and giving the illusion of a continuous stretch of water.
Shooting into the setting sun gave this monochrome silhouette effect, and a fast enough shutter speed to sharply freeze any camera or subject movement.
