Voted Britain's favourite mountain, this is the inimitable Tryfan in the Glyderau range, part of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.
This view of the mountain was captured halfway up the path from the Gylders visitor centre to Llyn Idwal, and features some of the large boulders that are strewn across this landscape, with Tryfan in the background.
Photographed on a beautiful spring afternoon, my wife Liz and I certainly enjoyed our day out hiking in the mountains.
