Voted Britain's favourite mountain, this is the inimitable Tryfan in the Glyderau range, part of the Snowdonia National Park in North Wales.
This view of the mountain was captured from the shoreline at Llyn Idwal, and features the wooden bridge over the runoff stream at the head of the lake with Tryfan in the background.
Photographed on a beautiful spring afternoon, my wife Liz and I certainly enjoyed our day out hiking in the mountains.
