This somewhat surreal view shows John, a friend of mine, highlighted against a sunset sky while out walking on the west coast of Anglesey at Rhoscolyn.
Actually, this photo could have been taken anywhere, as it's so much more about a concept than an actual scene.
Looking at this you can imagine yourself playing the part of the intrepid hiker, just cresting a ridge in somewhere exotic, maybe a desert in a faraway land for example.
As with all concepts, the strength of this image lies more in what you don't see, rather than what you do. Hence everything except the sky is in complete sillhouette, with no details to distract from the mood of the image
And no - the sky definately wasn't that colour when I took the photo!
