We're still at Aira Force waterfall in the Lake District. However, this time there's full on autumn colour to admire and make use of in this photo.
In contrast to 'Waterfall #6', this image is all about colour, with the waterfall providing a focal point to give the eye something to rest on, and a neutral tone against which to appreciate the lovely autumn colours.
I spent a lot of time in Photoshop with this image, cleaning up and emphasisng the colours, correcting contrast and so on, and I'm rather pleased with it as to me it captures something of the feel of the place while we were there.
