One of my favourite routes up Snowdon in North Wales is the Miner's track, as it skirts along the shores of two lakes, Llyn Llyddaw and Llyn Glas and offers stunning views. (When it's not raining, fogbound, snowing and so on!)
But take your eyes off the grand scene for a second and you'll find a wealth of colour and detail in the rocks along the path. Such was the case here, with a small rivulet dancing over the honey coloured rock and providing a much needed compostional element to lead one's eye through the scene.
Photography's a great hobby, with opportunities to see God's beauty in creation and then fashion one's own little piece of art from what has already been provided.
