No trip to the Lake District in Cumbria, England, is complete without a stopoff at Ashness Bridge.
Overlooking Derwent Water, this charming old stone packhorse bridge is picture perfect, so no wonder Liz and I made the effort to see and photograph these lovely views.
That involved me perching precariously on a rock midstream, as I shot many different still images of the river, bridge and Derwent Water beyond.
Having finished taking my fill of photos, and not wanting to leave such a beautiful location just yet, I switched my camera to video mode and shot three clips, each at a different focal length which I later edited together with some backing music from my son Andy to make this little film.
