The beautiful weather we enjoyed in North Wales in the Spring of 2020 meant that, even though we were in coronavirus lockdown, my wife Liz and I could get out and enjoy our local countryside.
One of the lovely places were were able to walk to from our home was Buckley Common, with its small lake, complete with trees and islands.
With the sun just about to set I decided on a twilight visit to Buckley Common to film the dusk colours reflecting in the still waters.
As well as enjoying the lightshow, this time of day also proved to be great for spotting wildlife, with newly hatched ducklings and goslings swimming about, large carp feeding on the surface of the lake, and bats flitting around overhead.
All in all, a really great hour or so, and with this time lapse video as a bonus!
