With a weather front coming in and clouds building up in the skies over my house in Buckley, North Wales, it was time for me to get my camera out and set it up on our front path in order to capture the hundreds of still images needed to create this weather related time lapse video.
Under normal circumstances I would have got in my car and driven a few miles to one of our many local beauty spots to film the clouds building up, but with the UK coronavirus lockdown in the spring of 2020 that wasn't possible, hence shooting from just outside my house.
I was in two minds as to whether to include a foreground in this time lapse, but in the end I decided to concentrate solely on the clouds, producing a more abstract effect with movement throughout the frame.
