A couple of hours' free time on a beautiful summer's day at the start of August 2021 was all the excuse I needed to load up the car with LowePro and tripod and head to the hills.
Fortunately for me, living in God's own country of North Wales, the hills are never far away, and I was soon panting my way up the limestone escarpment at the Loggerheads Country Park to enjoy this fantastic view out over the Clwydian Range Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).
With picturesque cumulus clouds drifting over the summit of Moel Famau, the highest peak in the Clwydian Range, it was a no brainer for me to set up my camera gear to record the hundreds of still images required to create this time lapse video and then sit back in the sunshine admiring the scenery while my good old Canon clicked faithfully away.
All too soon my time was up and it was back down to the car for the short drive home and on with the post processing!
