The end of another lovely day on the North Wales coast, and my wife Liz and I were enjoying the warmth of an Indian summer in late September 2020 on the promenade at Deganwy, looking out towards the Isle of Anglesey as the sun slowly sank towards the western horizon.
Conditions such as these are not to be wasted, so while we relaxed on a convenient bench my nearby camera was faithfully clicking away, capturing the hundreds of still images needed to create this speeded up time lapse video of the sunset and beautiful colours in the sky along the horizon and overhead.
In the end we stayed watching and filming for an hour or so as dusk gave way to twilight and the colours of the day faded from the scene.
What a marvellous way to end the day!
