Very early on a morning in July 2021, and I've got up in time to drive from my home in North East Wales to Llandudno on the north Wale scoast to catch the sun coming up over the turbines of the Gwynt-y-Môr offshore windfarm.
But with an hour to spare till sunrise, and with lovely twilight colours developing on the eastern horizon I took the opportunity to shoot this short time lapse overlooking the iconic Victorian pier, rendered as a stark silhouette against the glowing dawn.
