A light haze of high cloud was blowing across the evening skies as the thin crescent of a new moon sank slowly towards the western horizon.
This combination of both fast and slow moving elements proved too much of a temptation to me, and although I'd shot quite a few time lapse sequences of the moon over the years I couldn't resist just one more!
And I'm glad I gave into the temptation, as the final effect of the clouds and moon together in a darkening sky is quite enchanting.
