A clear evening and still conditions made shooting this time lapse video of the full moon, passing acrossd a darkening sky at dusk, possible.
I'd just finished shooting the stills for another time lapse video from the harbour at Rhyl on the North Wales coast, when walking back to the car I saw the moon rising in the sky above me.
Normally there's quite a breeze blowing on the coast, which sort of plays havoc with trying to shoot a time lapse sequence with a long lens as the image jumps around slightly between each frame. This isn't a problem for a single image, but induces nausea when watched as a moving sequence of frames.
But with near perfect conditions I was able to capture a series of stable, long lens, exposures to make this simple video.
