The combination of landscape, sea and skies along the North Wales coast is just a sensory wonderland, especially at either end of the day when, weather permitting, the sunrise and sunset provides a spectacular show of light and colour in the heavens above.
The West Shore at Llandudno is a great spot to catch one of those sunsets from and on this occasion, with no wind to speak of, I was able to use my 400mm zoom lens at maximum stretch to catch the action as the sun set behind firey glowing clouds on the western horizon.
For quite a while after sunset the clouds continued to glow orange and gold, so I kept on filming until almost all the colour had leached from the sky.
