A beautiful and dramatic sunset played out in three parts as the sun appeared and disappeared behind heavy clouds, sending our red and gold beams of light across the heavens on its descent to towards the western horizon.
Below, the daylight bleeds from the fields and pastures of the Vale of Clwyd in North Wales as day slowly gives way to night and darkness spreads across the landscape like a blanket.
As the noises of day give way to the stillness of night it's time to pack away the camera once again and head home, elated had having seen such beauty displayed in God's creation once again.
