A beautiful, rock strewn beach on the west coast of Wales.
This is Whitesands Bay in Pembrokeshire, photographed for this time lapse video over a two hour period leading up to sunset, as the tide came in, covering rocks and filling tidal pools.
I actually took the frames for this video in three stages, retreating up the beach as the sea reached my camera and tripod, altering the exposure as I went to compensate for the falling light levels.
One of those places that I'd love to return to sometime in the future, but for now i've got this video to remind me just how lovely Whitesands Bay was on that autumn afternoon.
