One of just many dramatic coastline locations in the southwest of Ireland, this is a 180° view of Cork Bay, as seen from Roches Point on the edge of the Atlantic ocean.
I'd just finished shooting the stills for my Roches Point Time Lapse video, but I couldn't tear myself away from this wonderful night time view without recording the entire bay as a series of overlapping frames, for later stitching into this panorama, taking in the Roches point lighthouse to the south, all the way round to the lights of Cork on the northern horizon.
A great start to the week that my wife Liz and I spent exploring this wonderful and wild coastline.
