Liz and I had spent a lovely afternoon re-visiting a few of our favourite places of the beautful Isle of Anglesey, just off the North Wales coast.
As usual on days like this, we wound up overlooking the dramatic lighthouse at South Stack for the sunset, just in time to shoot off a few hundred frames to make my South Stack Time Lapse #5 video.
Having finished shooting the time lapse, I just couldn't tear myself away from this wonderful place, especially as the moon had appeared in just the right spot to counterpoint the light of the lighthouse in a portrait oriented composition, and the twilight glow was just fantastic.
So while Liz waited patiently in our car, knitting away furiously, I took just a few more frames as the last of the twilight colour bled from the western skies beofre reluctantly packing up and heading down to Valley for some much needed fish and chips!
